week 3

Amy Natasha Botten, of Feltham, west London, pictured with her son, had no choice but to leave him crying in her flat as she went to the ground floor to get her groceries

Heavily pregnant Amy Natasha Botten, of Feltham, west London, had no choice but to leave her young son crying in her flat as she went to the ground floor to get her groceries. Clearly out of breath, the mother of one (left, with her son) treks up and down the stairs to pick up her shopping that he been left on the floor in the stairwell. Ms Botten videos herself confronting the driver who is seen emptying the contents of his plastic pallets (centre) and then refuses to take it up to her flat. (right) In the clip, which has been posted on Facebook, she says: 'Can you not help me with this last little bit because my little boy is up there crying his eyes out?' But he responds: 'I'd rather not.' She then says: 'You'd rather not? But this is your job.'
This is an example of hard news as it iacts society.
